Room request. How often are the accommocated?

Decide what's important. Getting 3 rooms next to each other (with 2 connecting) may reduce your chances of getting your other requests.

Here's the map of ASMo:

I don't know what the room numbers are now but if you look at the Toy Story Buildings at the bottom of the map - the big Buzz and Woody are in the middle pretty much of those wings (at the elevators) so any room facing that courtyard/common area between the Buzz and Woody buildings would be close to , even though all are not right over the "Andy's Room" part. You still walk through there to use those elevators or to get to the rooms farthest toward the parking lot. The rooms on the opposite sides of those buildings would NOT have an Andy's Room/Buzz/Woody view although they would still have the Toy Story theme in the room. I think guests stand a better chance of getting something we like when we can be as broad as possible - rooms on the courtyard between Buzz and Woody buildings, or with a view of Andy's room for example - rather than a really specific area.

I agree with Lewisc - decide what it most important to you - and spell that out for the room controller, even though it still isn't guaranteed. Needing a block of 3 rooms with two connecting and one adjoining is pretty specific. Could you take two connecting rooms and request the other be close by? Or request 3 rooms in the same area? If Buzz and Woody are the most important it might up your chances. However you decide I'm sending you some pixie dust :)!

The last two poster are right! I feel I am getting ahead of myself and I am going to stick with the orignal requests.

The most important request is the Buzz lightyear wing (my nephew will be crushed if we don't get it. But I will prepare him just in case.) As long as the rooms are within a room or two on the same floor I would be happy.

Again I know the are just requests not guarantees. But let that Pixie Dust Fly!!!!:teeth:

I have stayed at the Contemporary a number of times and every single time I have gotten what I asked for. Fax the resort your request 4 days in advance...and putting a little sugar in your words never hurt either!
