Room request help!

i want to have touring plans send in a room request for me. I can't find where on the site I can do that. I just want to request 3rd floor and a specific building for the Poly. How do I do this and how long before our trip should I do this? We check-in on April 15.

You need to do it now.
You do it on your Dashboard, create a trip and there is a link to Select a Room for this trip

My understanding is rooms get assigned about 3-4 days prior to a trip. If you send it in now, I think you'll be ok!

Ok thank you. Do I send in request first or do online check in first? Is online check-in recommended?

You don't send it, Touring Plans does. You just complete the fax form they have on your dash board and they do the rest.
I always do online check in on day 60, or when I book, whichever comes first. One has no bearing on the other (just don't request different things)
