Room Request - GF

Hello,

Never had the pleasure of staying at the GF before and wound up booking 'Concierge - Main Bldg. (going to be fancy pants for 7 days! ) Anyway, any information as far as room requests would be great. Don't care about a balcony and a view of the MK. Would just love a nice room on floors three, four or five.
Close to the snacks! I am on room catagory 'BP' whatever that means. Many thanks for your input.

Well, I can't answer your question since I haven't had the pleasure of staying concierge yet, but I just wanted to welcome you to the DIS and tell you the the GF is wonderful! My DH, DD (4) and I really love it there...hopefully you will, too!

Try for rooms 4424-4427. These rooms are on the forth floor directly across from the elevator and snack area.From these rooms you can listen to the nightly band(4PM- 10PM), so make sure this won't bother you before asking for these rooms. We just got back last month from a stay in the "Main" building and our room was as far as could be from the snack areaand the music. We did have a great view of the castle, but have already asked for any of these room#'s for our next trip in May 04.

Gage, welcome to the Dis!

The GF is my husband's favorite resort and we have stayed there many times (including main building).
