Room request for dvc akl

We have our first stay at akl Savannah view room and will be traveling with a 3 year old and a 9 month old. We prefer a great view of the animals (giraffes are my daughter's favorites) and not a long walk from the pool. Any tips?

Are you booked at Kidani Village or Jambo House? That could make a difference. If you are at JH, you will be on the fifth floor unless you have a concierge villa. You could be on any floor at KV.

All rooms are on 5th floor so that standard request is rubbish
