Booked a waterview room at BWI For Aug7-13, does this mean overlooking boardwalk and Crescent Lake, pool view, or either? I do not want to spend the extra money to look at the pool!!!! :earsgirl: :earsboy: :earboy2: :earboy2:

It means either. We stayed at a BWI waterview room back in 2001. I requested a lake view and got one. Good Luck!

Hi mpbs,

We have stayed at BWI three times with a waterview request and it has always been overlooking Crescent Lake and the Boardwalk. Overlooking the main pool would put you on the Villas side and I believe the quiet pool would be a Garden view. As you say it is a bit (quite a bit) more$$, so I would double check. All these rooms do not have a balcony - request one with,as it is nice to sit out there and watch the people and boats come and go. A great way to start the day with coffee and a crumb bun from the Lounge by the Lobby. Have a most magical trip!!

Thanks, I called WDW I was told, waterview means a balcony and a view of the boardwalk and Crescent Lake. Just in case though I asked her to put it as a request on my reservation. Thank you for you help!!!
