Room request At AKV for a 2 br question

I am so excited that we got the 2 br value at AKV! We were able to book it at the 11 month mark. By getting this, it is saving us $950!!! Yay!!

Anyway, back to my question....I know you can't request a view ahead of time, but how accommodating are the cm's at handling a request at check in?

Also, is there a washer/dryer in the room or is there just a public laundry area?

I've read its they do not allow room requests but I asked for pool view & the CM said they would note it.

You know that two bedroom value villa is a lockoff, right? That means one king sized bed, one queen sized bed, one queen sized sleeper sofa and one double sleeper sofa. The second bedroom is a studio with a kitchenette. It will have a second entrance to the villa.

Yes, I know it is a lock off. That's not a problem. We have 3 adults (me,dh, and my mom) and 3 kids (9,7,&3). I just wasn't sure if it would have a washer and dryer.

All DVC units except for Studios have a washer and dryer. Just because the values are smaller, they are not excluded from having a washer and dryer.
