Room Request and ME

I just booked a BWV preferred studio for the last week of Aug. Going Sat.-Wed. Just me and 8 y/o niece. Wanted BCV, but all the nights weren't available. And I like BWV, too.

Which area should I request to be near the main pool?
Also, how far in advance should I request ME? I've always rented a car, but since it's jsut the 2 of us thought I'd save some money and take ME. We'll get our own luggage, though, since we'll just have carry-on's.

You can reserve ME as soon as you know your flight info.

I think to be close to the pool, just request something overlooking the clown pool, since you are in a preferred, it is pool/garden view.
