Room Reports?

Hi All--Is there a specific place to go (either here or on another site) for BWV room reports? Thanks!

Very few people fill these out, as you can see. I'm not sure what benefit they might provide since asking for a specific room is a recipe for disappointment, but have at it. Just keep in mind that a room condition report that is even a couple of months old could be completely misleading depending on what the guests and Disney have done to the room since that point.

Like Granny, I doubt room reports hold much credence. Rooms are refurbished all the time, so a room that got a good report last month could be in tip top shape this month. By the same token, a room that had excellent reviews last month could have been abused and be in for repairs by the time you arrive. We always take our chances on where, and in 10 years of membership, I've really only been disappointed once on the total condition of the room, and that time they informed us that it was set for refurbishment right after we left.

Thanks for the input. I'm really not so concerned with a specific room, I was more hoping to see info about room locations and views. I have a standard view studio booked, and was trying to figure out where I'd end up--or what requests were feasible with a standard view. Any thoughts?

Ah...that's a different question! With SV room you will be looking out over the driveway and parking lots. Possibly looking at the tennis courts if you are down at the end of the resort.

As for requests? Well, since smoking/non-smoking is no longer an issue, you can request things like near the elevator, lower floor, etc. Each is a personal preference...for instance the rooms farthest from the elevator have the shortest walk to MGM and the best views of Illuminations.

Thanks, Granny! I've read that some rooms have larger balconies than others. Do you happen to know if that is particular to a certain floor, or ....?
