room recommendation for 3 adults

Planning a trip for myself (age 54), my sister (56) and mother (86). We can all share a room as long as there's 3 beds. Want a moderate resort or better. Thinking about one of the rooms that has bunk bed, like Animal Kingdom or Wilderness Lodge, since I can still climb to the top bunk. Does anyone know of another type of room that would have 3 beds (or 2 with sofa bed), without having to get into a 1 or 2 bedroom villa or a suite?

None of the moderates, with the exception of the cabins at Ft. Wilderness have 3 beds.

I believe that all of the Deluxe resorts have a room configuration with 2 beds and either a sofa bed or day bed.
