Room Questions!!!

Alright I searched for this but was really getting mixed messages! So if any alum can help me out that would be great!
Me and my roomie are trying to figure out what complex we want to live in and what size apartment we want. We know we want at least a 2 bedroom in either Chatham or Patterson. Now what I can not get a solid answer on is the bathroom situation and pricing.
So how many bathrooms per apartment based on the amount of bedrooms for each Chatham and Patterson? Also how much does each cost (roughly)?
And if anyone has any pictures, blogs, or vlogs they want to share with their rooms (hopefully including pictures) would be awesome!
Also if anyone wants to add on the whole decorating thing. I have heard it is a bulliten board to anything you want. I don't think it is anything!

I just asked the same question in another thread, and it sounds like it depends on the complex. I *think* patterson and chatham apartments mostly have one bathroom to each bedroom, but in a vista 3 bedroom there is only 2 bathrooms.

You can try youtube. The only reason I survived the wait before I got down there last spring was because of youtube haha.

search "disney college program" or chatham square/vista way/ patterson court tours... something like that. There are a LOT of them out there

I am in a 4 bedroom at chatham. each of the 2 bedrooms share a bathroom, and we have a 1/2 bath by the kitchen. I have 7 roommates, but we are almost never there at the same time, so you get a lot more space. I think it is about $84 a week for 4 Bedroom at chatham.

As for decorating they told us you can only put two holes in the wall to hang a bulletin board. No tape, No tacks, No poster putty etc, Only the bulletin board. On my blog I have some photos, just follow the link in my signature. Then on the right hand side there is links to older entries, I think it is under Day 2.

technically speaking- you are only supposed to have one bulliten board per room. that's it.

with that being said, everyone I knew decorated and had stuff all over their walls including my apartment. They took the stuff down for inspections and it was never a problem... during our first inspection we weren't sure what to expect so we left a couple things up and they had us take it down but still passed us.

our last inspection we had stuff ALL over the walls and the inspection team didn't make us take it down and mentioned how it looked cool. We also had to call security to our apartment REALLY early one morning and we had posters up on our walls of twilight people and all security did was get into a 4 am debate with us over which was better: edward or jacob...

it really depends on the teams you have in your apartments. I also heard that patterson is more strict since their apartments are newer. I lived in chatham and there were holes all over our walls already when we moved in. Vista I heard didn't care as much since they were the oldest apartments.
