Which rooms sleep 5? Do studios?

If the 5th person is a baby under age 3 then the studios sleep 5. Otherwise in WDW the one bedroom villas at BLT, OKW and AKV(except value villas at Jambo) have a sleeper chair allowing a 5th person.
