Room Only reservation - ADRs???

Can you still book reservations for restaurants (not located within the parks) at 180 days out for a room only reservation?

We are doing 5 nights at WDW in February 2017 followed by a 4 night cruise and would like to return for one more night at WDW before we leave. I'd rather add an extra park ticket with our first reservation to get the cheaper price but I want to be able to do Chef Mickey's on the day we leave so I need to know my options.

Yes, and you still get the 180+10 perk.

You can book ADRs if you don't have a room reservation at all.

Anyone can make an ADR up to 180 days prior to the date they wish to dine.

If you are staying at a Disney Resort, you can begin to make ADRs starting at 180 days from check-in and you can make up to 10 days worth.

You do not need to have park admission to make an ADR for an in-park location, BUT you will need to have valid park admission to enter the park on the day of the ADR.
