My brother booked a room with, apparently, WDTC. He was not told about the 45 days cancellation policy, but, he was charged the $200 deposit. Can he apply a code to his reservation as it is right now? or does he have to cancel and rebook in order to apply a code without paying the $50. We still have over 80 days before our trip. If, he has to cancel, which number should he call to get a real "room only" reservation? Also, can he cancel and rebook at the same time or does he have to call back to rebook?
