Room only/ME

We have our room only ressie all booked for July 31st - Aug 4th & we are using ME. I have gone online & entered all our flight info. I am assuming that Disney will mail us the ME tags - is this correct? We have never used ME so this is first time trying in 10 visits to the world.

Yes they will - however, there have been a couple of times we never received ours (maybe because of our Vacation Club ressie through Member Services) - not to worry if you don't get them. Simply take your luggage tickets from your airline to the ME check-in desk and they will ensure your luggage arrives at your resort even without the special yellow tags they normally send. Have a great time!

You are correct. They usually send them about about 30-45 days prior to your reservation. I believe the use FedEx or UPS to send them out. If you don't receive them in that timeframe, give Disney a call.

We also have booked room only for our two trips. Both times I received via courier our ME package including 2 luggage tags per person and the ME vouchures.

Just talked to DME about our May 23rd arrival. Info printed on this Monday, so it should be here next Monday (or Today).

just a heads up that departures have cahnged since last fall. where dme used to log all the info for your luggage and tag it for you when you checked out, atleast under continental for international departures, they will not tag it now. we didnt know this til check out this am....but we got to the airport by dme with loads of time...but had to stand in a long line at continental. last fall we just handed over our tagged bags at mco and off we went to security afterwards.

Our departure procedure was the same. We had to tag our luggage for our flight with Air Canada last week.

Thanks , I will just wait for the tags to come in the mail. We are flying Jet Blue to/from Portland Maine to Orlando( way cheaper then Saint John, NB to Orlando) so I wonder if they will tag our luggage since its a domestic flight

I am waiting for my Tags for ME for my flight from Portland too ... its a room only .... have done this before. Tickets for some reason are late this time.,, expect them any day.

Ted, I just received ours today for our trip arriving May 20 (we're room only also). A little later than I expected - but if I didn't get them on time I would have just picked up my luggage myself and headed over to the ME counter.
