Room Only/Disney Visa Codes

I have a 4 night Sept 16 - 20 trip planned for a family of 4 (kids 3 and 1). The plane tickets are purchased. I have reserved CBR preferred w/ AAA for 132 including tax. What are the chances That I will be able to move up to the WL, AKL or CR for about the same price. The AP won't work, but I do have the Visa. I would love to be close to the MK but don't want to spend $160 plus tax ($178.00).

Also, are any parks open past 6:00 in Sept. in the value season? We chose that time because it won't be crowded, but would like the option of doing something after dinner.

As far as a Disney Visa rate goes, I have no idea. During the slow times EPCOT closes at 9PM. MK amd DS/MGM closes around 6 or 7PM. AK in the past pretty much stays the same year round. On the weekends MK & DS/MGM may stay open later. I don't go that time of year so I don't know if they do on the weekends. I am basing my times on how they do the first 2 weeks of Dec.
