Room Only Code Help Needed!-UPDATE

I just called this morning and found out that I have a pin number attached to my name. It is a room only code and the CM said she couldn't tell me how much the discount was. Now we already have our reservation and had booked a package with room, park hopper tickets, and the ddp. She said since we had a package booked the only way I could use it would be to cancel my reservation and book everything again. She also said since it was a room only discount that I couldn't use the ddp. Is this true??? I've been calling and calling for a code and hope that I can still use this.

Call back... there should be a three letter code for the DDP (or DxDDP) that she can use instead of the three letter code that is room only. My pin was the same way, but the CM knew where to look to get the right letter code. I didn't rebook anything- it was applied to my existing ressie...

Well I did call again, and this time got another answer. I have a discount, but it's only a park hopper upgrade, and not available during my travel times. I give up!

Been reading this alot. There was a previous thread about callers being told they had discounts..they would go ahead and book, then realized their rates were not actually discounted at all. When they called back, they were told there were no discounts attached to their names. I don't know WHAT kind of game they are playing. I'd like to think they are just inexperienced reservationists..but there is WAY to much of this going on for it too be that. I think it's a gimmick to get you to book. Not everyone is aware of what the rack rate is for the time period they are inquiring about..and they take the word of the reservationist that it's a 20, 30, 40 % code, only to do the math when they get off the phone and realize there's no discount applied. Then when calling back they mysteriously have no code attached to their name.
