Room Only Bounceback offers for 2013 will they return?

In the past around November/December is when WDW would release Room Only Bounceback dates for the next year, so is there a good chance of that happening again this year around that same time frame?

IF they decide to offer them, then that would be a good estimate of the timing. I booked my bouncebacks for this year during my December trip last year. Not all of my trips this year were bouncebacks though, because some of the dates weren't covered.
