Room minimums?

Do you need to have a certain amount of people staying at a Disney hotels to qualify for a DFTW? And are these the same for custom and intimates?
We are coming from the UK, there will only be 10 of us including me and DF and the family that are nice enough to be joining us financially wont be able to stay at a Disney hotel.

For an intimate wedding, the only minimum is 4 nights at a Disney owned and operated resort.

For the custom, I think they require a 25 room-night minimum. Which could mean 5 people in five rooms for five nights. And that does include the value resorts!
