Room Minimums

I believe it's 75 room nights. With a guest list that size, you should have no problems meeting the room night minimum. :)

yup 75 it is....actually we had a very hard time getting it...think we ended up about 25 nights short....

Oh no! What happens if you're up short? (I can imagine my friends and family will all want to either share or stay off site to cut costs).

thats the joy...nothing....Now they did express some concern when we only had 25 rooms out of the 75 but once we got to 50 they didnt care.....I dont know what would have happened if we only ended up with the 25...sorry

Thats interesting, i was told if i didnt meet mine i would have to pay the shortfall!

That said, there are usually others on here that can be interested in using your room nights as they are discounted!

In the contract it states that you will pay for the shortfall if you don't meet the minimum. How strict they apply that rule...who knows.

Do any of you know how they figure this? I will have a lot of kids between 10-17. I know they count as adults for the food bill. Do they use the number of guests, or the number of adults, or the number of families? I haven't gotten far enough to worry about the rooms yet. Thanks.

The kids 10-17 count in your guest list. If you are running short on rooms, you can always open the discount up to people on the boards, and they can book in your block. That way we help you make it, and you help someone with a discount for their vacation!
