Room map for DLH

The DLH maps are not as detailed as the GCH (don't show the room numbers) but this is what I got in July:

That's probably as good as you'll get. DLH isn't nearly as complicated as the GCH. There is a straight hallway through the middle of each tower, with rooms on each side facing the hallway. No twists and turns, no complications.

Is there something in particular you're hoping to be close to or far away from?

Just wondering which rooms face the courtyard (pool) area and which face out (over parking lots/parks). Maybe all the even numbered rooms face one direction and all the odd numbered rooms the other? Was trying be prepared for the check in process, so I would know when I got the room number whether or not I will want to ask for a different location before dragging the whole family to the room. Just trying not to end up directly over the ongoing construction.

Perhaps you can put a note on your reservation that you would like a certain view. This won't guarentee anything but you could ask again at check in.

AT DLH this is a little tricky because you either see the parks the pools or parking lots. So you pay for the better views, you might get lucky and request on and pay the lower price, or be asked if you want to pay to upgrade.

Yes, standard view (parking lot) is a different price category from view room.

If you paid for a view room, you will either get pool view (aka construction view) or park view. You can request a park view, but there are no guarantees.

If you paid for a standard view, you can ask for an upgrade at check-in. Don't count on it, though. It doesn't seem to happen much.

Don't worry about the room numbers. Just ask at check-in and they'll tell you which direction your room faces.
