Room Makeover Insights

Can someone clue me in on how VMK decides who gets the room makeovers? Beyond submitting your name and all that jazz, do the folks at VMK consider how many credits or rooms you have? Whether or not you're virtually rich? Do you have to be new? This has probably come up before, but any info will help.

I don't think there are any official 'rules' about how many credits and how much stuff a winner should have, but yes, I do think that newer or 'poorer' players stand a much better chance. If I were Bella, I woudln't want to spend all that time designing a room for a player who has the resources to put together a great room on their own.
