We purchased our all our point for phase one in Saratoga Springs, Does this mean that we will always get phase one rooms, provided we reserve while there are still phase one rooms available. And if not do we have to wait until the seven month window to apply if we are staying in phase 2 or 3.... Don;t know if will make any difference as the whole resort is picturesque I'm just curious...

Even though you purchased during phase 1, it doesn't mean that you will always stay in phase 1 or that you will have to wait until 7 months to book. You will book a room and could end up anyplace in the whole resort when it is completed.

Nope, we can be put into whatever is available. They will try to accomodate requests of course. I thought the same thing you did, I just bought into phase 2, until someone here explained it. Since this is your home resort you have the 11 month booking window!

Although you own a small piece of a specific room at Saratoga Springs, chances are you will never stay in that room. And, the room / building / phase / even resort that you own has zero bearing on where you will stay. When you make a reservation, all you will be guaranteed is the resort (obviously) and the size of the room. Once the build-out is complete, you could end up in any one of the 18 buildings on property.

You can always request a specific area of the resort (The Springs, Congress Park, etc.) and I'm sure they will attempt to meet your request. But requests are not "guarantees" and will be subect to availability at the time you check-in.
