Any thoughts on which rooms are best at SSR? We (Me, DH, DD11, DS8, DF & her DB) will be staying in two studios the week of 10/19. I was thinking the Springs section to be close to the pool and restaurant/store. From the map with just general room numbers I was thinking 3500's or 3100's. Any thoughts would be appreciated. Are there any maps that show actual room numbers instead of blocks of rooms?

15 days till WDW!!!:cool1:

We will be in a 2 bedroom villa 10/21-10/26! :thumbsup2:
me, hubby, ds (5), DD (1-1/2yrs.), mil, fil.

I've only seen the maps with the "blocks" of rooms. No individual #'s. We are going to hope for the Springs (closest building) However I really enjoyed the Grandstands during our stay in Aug.

Not really helpfull, but The Springs will get you the closest to the main pool and building!

Thanks for the thoughts.
Now my friend is considering upgrading her room to a 1 bedroom, so hopefully that will make it easier to get near each other.

Any one else?

We stayed in the 67XX building of The Paddock last January. At first, I wasn't too crazy about the location but it ended up being perfect. We were closest to Congress Park's bus stop so we used that one. It was less than a 10 minute walk to the bus stop at DTD which was very helpful when we ate at Boma and came back from the Pirate Cruise at GF. We just hopped a DTD bus and didn't have to change again. We were a five minute walk from the main pool/AP etc. In the future, I think I would request Congress Park. We really liked being close to DTD. The Paddock is much more spread out, I wouldn't mind it again if we could get the same building. The Springs is closer to the lobby area, but really it's not that far to walk from most of the resort.

I think we are going to shoot for the Springs. Now we are back to two studios, the 1 bedrooms were all booked.
My friend and I stayed in Congress Park last year right on the end next to teh DtD path, it was nice for three adults but with kids I would rather be closer to the pool and stuff.
