Room Location Request at BWV not working?

Hi there, I've just recently added on a 2 night stay at BWV ahead of prior reservations that I made for VGF and RR in December. When I am trying to set up check-in, I am able to enter details except for Room Location request choices, but only for BWV. Does anyone know why this is? I've been trying several times, logging out of MDE, rebooting computer and still when i click the drop down, it does not open the list to choose from. Very strange. I was able to make selections for the other two parts of my split stay. Thanks for any thoughts.

I have an upcoming stay at BWV and when I go to online check in, there are drop down boxes for first and second choices (higher floor and near elevator are the only choices in MDE). I’m not sure why you aren’t seeing those options. You may need to call MS if you can’t make your request online.

My advice is to make your request via MS even if the online request page is working. Online choices are very limited and IMO, they apply more to the hotel side than the DVC side. I always make any DVC resort request through MS (an email works just fine) and then completely skip the online check-in section that has to do with requests.

sorry--should have indicated that to begin with. 2BR garden/pool view.
