Staying at the Boardwalk soon In a one bedroom villa pool/garden view. Has anyone stayed on first floor near Luna Park Pool or first floor before? We are older folks and will have 3 year old grandchild with us. NO park days! Trying to enjoy the pool and playground area with NO hassle and not too much walking Long hallways.
SUGGESTIONS on rooms would be great or locations for easy outs.
THANKS

I would request near the elevator. I wouldn't care as much about the floor if I were near the elevator. I love the Boardwalk, but those hallways can feel loooong. I'm in my 60s, and was pushing my 94 year old mother in a wheelchair all the way to the end of the hall to the last room facing the Boardwalk. It wasn't so much fun.

We were on 1st floor in December, facing the quiet pool. Be aware that the first floor rooms have little patios instead of balconies, but you can’t lock the patio door from the outside, and flower beds block access between the patio and the walkway. So while they’re convenient for walking to the pool, because you don’t need stairs or elevators, you’ll still be walking down the hall a little ways to one of the several doors that lead to the pool. So requesting “first floor near Luna Park pool” (the main pool) should be fine.

trying no to walk a mile to the pool😂

I would recommend room 1038, 1040, or 1046. Basically any room highlighted in red on this map will meet your needs. It may be better to just follow this recommendation instead of requesting specific rooms, though.

Hope that helps.
