Room layout question

In looking at the thread with the great list of rooms, views, condition, etc that is posted below I noticed that it appears that Beach Club Villas rooms right next door to each other are alternately smoking or non-smoking. Does that mean that the BCV does not have dedicated non smoking floors? That seems odd to me...

All of the smoking rooms are on one section of the 4th floor. The large hallway extending toward Epcot are all smoking rooms. There may also be some on that floor that are in the main corridor near the others.
