Room key tickets

What happens if you lose your room key that has your disney tickets on them? Will the resorts give you a new one? Will they cancel the one you lost?

I believe that they disable your old keys and issue you new ones.

Yes, they'll issue new ones. I don't know if it matters, but this last trip I still had a few days left on my room key/tickets so when I had the cm change them to no expiration I also had him make a copy of them so just in case I misplace them I'll have my copy so they can be replaced. Of course I have to put the copies in a place that I'll remember too! Also, if you have the paper tickets keep your receipts or write down the number on your tickets, because if you lose those they can still cancel the lost ones and reissue them from your original receipts.

My DH took photos of our tickets and put the ticket numbers in our cell phones. Just in case we lost them while we were out.

DH lost his on our third day. We only realized once we were in the parking lot at the TTC. We drove back to ASMo and searched our room and it was a no go. We went back to front desk we told them that we could find his. So they just used my card and found our info. Deactivated his and created a new one. If you do happen to lose it, make sure they go through the most recent charges on the card to ensure no one else used your card.
