You will get one room key for each guest staying in the room. All charges will accumulate to a
single credit card designated by the
DVC member at check in. We have not asked for this ourselves but since children can be issued key cards that do
not have charging privileges, I would assume you could do the same for adult guests.
What we have always done is put all charges on our credit card and requested a detailed bill at checkout. Since my wife is an accountants daughter, it only takes her a few minutes to sort out which charges belong to which couple. The only downside to this is meals charged to the room. In that case you need to agree in advance to a plan for handling meal charges. We have used this one is on us, that is on you; split the cost down the middle; and you had the roast beef and I had the hamburger methods. In nineteen trips to WDW, at least half with adult guests, we have never had a conflict doing this.
One suggestion when traveling with friends. We have often found that there may be multiple ideas of what to do, where to go, where to eat,
etc. We make an agreement in advance that if we cannot reach agreement one person will be designated as "Decider" for that day and in the event of differing opinions everyone agrees to go along with that day's "Decider's" decision. What day each person is "Decider" is set before we leave home and no one can be "Decider" two consecutive days. We have had to resort to the "Decider" only on two or three occasions, but on those times it probably saved the trip for at least one member of our party.
WDW and OKW on January 11th or bust!
