Room key & cabin assignments

How do we get correct room keys?
We have 2 cabins, 1 in my name & guest
And 1 in DH's name & guest.

It will be myself & DH in 1 cabin and the guests (brother & sister in-law in other).

Travel agent said we cannot switch the names or the guest will be charged the current price.

Both rooms are paid in full.

Help please?

I know that you can have different CCs linked to each room key so that would help you with the charging aspect. Not sure about the other though.

Everybody has their own card with their names on it...you can't go wrong. To change the names around simply present yourself at guest services in the main lobby and they should be able to help you with any modifications.

If I am reading this correctly, you have two rooms under your names. You IL's are actually going to be in one room while you and spouse will be in the other.

All room cards have each person's name on them. As far as charging you can leave your credit card for your room and your IL can leave it for another room. However, I think you will be limited to using just those cards to make purchases.

Go to Guest Services after you board. DCL really doesn't care who is sleeping in which rooms. They will straighten it all out for you at that time.
