Another quick question: How does room-changing in the middle of your stay work? Do you need to go downstairs, wait in line for 20-40 minutes, get a new checkin, and bus over to the new villa? I imagine that the process could take 1-2 hours, depending, which is a big hole in the day's activities.

We're trying hard to find reasons not to worry, really we are! :)

You need to be prepared to be homeless for several hours on your transition day. You must pack up and remove all of your things from your "old" room no later than 11 am. You can check in to your "new" room as early as you like but that room may not be ready until after 4pm. You can store your luggage and groceries with Bell Services during that time. If you are moving from one resort to another, Bell Services can transport your luggage to the new resort for you.

Takes very little time, actually. Just pack your things up, take them to the bell station and they will be delivered to your new room once it's available and you are in it. Just do you check in at the same time you vacate the old room, and you will be all set to go to the parks or whatever for the day until your new room is ready for you.

We go to a water park on our switch day so we don't feel as rushed to get out of the room. Just as others said, it's really easy. We pack up and call bell services to move our stuff. Because we switch from BCV to BWV, we walk over, check in, then head out to the water park. When we get back the room is usually ready and bell services brings everything up.
