Room for 6

This may sound strange but here goes. I will be vacationing with my niece, her hubby, 2 kids (11 & 13) and a friend of the 13 yr old. They already have a condo that they will be staying in. I would like to stay at one of the US resorts to get to use the water taxi and FOTL. I am willing to pay for 6 people to get these perks; however, in order to register 6 people, it seems I need to either get 2 rooms or a suite. I really do not want to do this as not all of us will be sleeping in the room. Probably the guys(3) will stay at the condo and the girls(3) at the hotel. Does anyone know of a way that I can do this?

Everyone can use the water taxi but it is not possible for all 6 to get express passes with only one room. Without paying extra, you can get keys for 2 adults and 2 children. You can pay an extra $25 for one more person in the room(hence one more key) but you can't get the entire 6 people. You obviously then cannot all use the express lines at the same time. You would have to purchase one non-hotel express pass and that would only be usable once per ride.

Thanks for the response. What is actually bad is that the ressie will be in my name and I don't use the FOTL benefit. I'm not sure how closely the staff at US or IOA looks at the names on the card, but I wouldn't want to take any chances.

They don't look at the name on the card when you go on the ride. I think they just make sure that a child is using a child card and an adult is using an adult card and the dates that you are staying at the resort is that day. Otherwise I do know of people who have stayed and did not like to ride things so they would let another family memeber who did not have a room use their key without a problem.

Now, if they change something and start using fingers scans so other strange things then you might have a problem.
