room fee at DL?

I will be staying at the Disneyland Hotel using DVC points, with a car, in a concierge room.

Will I have to pay for parking? If so how much is it? Will I have to pay the $12 room fee?

I was there last December at teh Grand Californian on points so I am sure it hasn't changed since then (I have been there 3 times on points), and I am pretty sure it should be the same for the DL Hotel. There is no resort fee, it is included when you use your DVC points. At the GC, there is self parking, which is also included in the stay with DVC points. If you wanted to use the valet, you would then have to pay. Have fun at DL!!!

As 5inFam said, you will not have to pay a hotel fee when using DVC points. You still get the daily newspaper, local calls, use of the Health Club, and self parking. If you valet park there is a charge.
