It turns out as of this evening that my mum may be able to come along to our Wedding in August. :thumbsup2 As many of you probably know I was worried about her being on her own, but I asked her if there would be any chance of her bringing along her best friend. They only want to stay for a week, and they would do there own thing once our honeymoon begins.

So my question is, is there any discount I can get for them because they are part of the wedding party? Trying to see if our budget can stretch slightly and we can help pay for them to come :)

Thanks

You are an intimate wedding right? If so the room discount only applies to custom brides because they have to gurantee that they will be filling so many hotel rooms and can be made to be financially repsonsible for the rooms that don't fill.

You can try checking out Mousesavers for discounts for the general public.

We booked our rooms through Virgin holidays as we found them to be the cheapest, (even cheaper than the Disney World website!), but also my Brother in Law booked his room direct with Disney World. Beforehand he bought an annual pass through the wedding web site that Disney set up for us. He paid $400 for the pass, but saved over a $1000 on his room. He then used it in the shops and on dining to save more money.
It might be worth doing that maybe.
I am so glad you Mum might be able to come, that's great news.
My Mum & Dad would never have dreamed of ever going to Disney, but they came with us and would now love to go again. She will have a great time.
