Room discount expires 12/31? Add tickets later?

We plan to use our Visa rewards to help pay for a day at MK and a night at Port Orleans Riverside. I saw 25% room discounts are available for our early April date. The offer is through 12/31. Will that offer or something better be available in early 2014 also, or should we book now?

Also, we'd like to use all the rewards we earn through the holidays, along with the rewards we have already earned. Can we buy our tickets later by calling and providing the Visa rewards redemption card number, and will customer service then add those tickets to our MDE, so we can eventually book FP+? Will we have to pay for the entire hotel night as a deposit when we first book, or will we still owe something when we check in?

Deals out now are probably it for the beginning of the year. I'd book it. But if something else comes out you can always switch pending availability. You can buy your tickets later with rewards points and get them linked to MDE. For a room only reservation you will pay a 1 night room stay deposit and the rest is due at check in. If it's just one night you'll pay the whole thing.
