Room Decoration for Wedding Night

Any suggestions as to how I can arrange to have our room decorated (rose petals, chocolates, wine/champagne on ice, etc.) on our wedding night?

I have emailed Gifts of a Lifetime, but I was wondering if there were any other options.

Thought I would update. I haven't heard back from Charming Events yet.

But Gifts of a Liftetime has quoted me $325. They put up Christmas tree-type lights, decorate with rose petals, and leave gifts. It's pretty pricey, I thought.

Disney Florist will also do the rose petal thing for $50. Also for $100, they will have a basket with a bottle of sparkling wine, two glasses, a candle and bath products. Apparently you have to specifically ask for it because they don't list it anywhere. It's called Mickey's Romantic Moments.

BUT - As I was thinking through this, I thought to myself, how weird to either sleep on rose petals or have to clean the petals up before going to bed. Also, we are staying DVC and we won't have mouskeeping. I think it's a great idea, but might end up being more work later on. I might just do the basket from Disney Florist.

Disney sounds like they do quite a bit for $100.00. I may actually go with that. Sounds romantic- might surprise soon to be DH with it. When you hear back on how much the other cost's please do let us know.

in the $100 package does that include the rose petals or is that $50 to add it on? I think i may look into this...

I'm suprising DH2B with the Mickey's Romantic Moments with petals on the bed. We set it up with Rosie from Disney Floral. It was $100 for the basket, and $50-ish for the petals (Cant remember exact figure.) It just gets added to your Floral Proposal.

Hi all! I've been browsing thru lots of threads and finding so much helpful info! I was looking for more information about Mickey's Romantic Moments and came a website...it's not an official Disney site but if the info. is current and accurate, there are lots of gift baskets that you can order from Disney Floral (the site includes a price list). Many of these would be especially good if you and your DH2B only really want great snacks and chocolate!

I can't post URLs yet, but if you Google search "mickey's romantic moments", choose the link result titled "Disney World - The Online Guide- Walt Disney World Floral price list". It's a UK sponsored site. Hope this helps!

I have seen a room done and they are beautiful. Included in the $325 was sparkling wine, Mickey etched wine glasses, ghiradelli chocolates, rose petals, balloons, scented candles, sleep masks and bath products as well as lights.
