Room Choices at POFQ

We're heading to POFQ in 3 weeks (YIPPEEEE) and i have a few questions.

First, I heard/read somewhere that you can fax them a room location request 3 days before you check in? If so how etc.

Also, is there a "best room" at POFQ? We have 2 separate resizes, one with me, DH and DD18months, and 1 for DHs grandparents. His grandpa likes to run 5 miles a day (crazy person ;) ) and his grandma smokes, but I want somewhere with a somewhat nice view and not too long of a walk to the bus stops. Also, we'd prefer first floor, so is that something we can request as well?

Thanks~

We just returned from FQ. What view did you pay for? Standard? Pool? Water? That will probably be the determining factor for where you are placed. You can certainly request first floor.

We don't ever make room requests and always book standard view. We were placed in building 4 (room 4307) with a lovely view of a courtyard. We were steps away from the bus stop and in a building right next to the food court. Loved the location.

There are no bad locations in FQ, I'm convinced!

I have two suggestions, one is that you link the two reservations if you want to increase your chances of having rooms near one another and make your only request first floor. Honestly, the resort is so small that no room is really far from the bus or the food court.

That is old information. They no longer accept fax requests due to the computers now assigning rooms. You would have to call and add your request to your reservation.

We're in a king bed room but I don't remember what view we booked. Never even thought of that. :)

Our reservations are linked but I'm glad we'll likely get a good spot no matter where we stay.

Thanks - It's probably easier just to call anyway .
