Room Block

Hey guys..

Is there a way to review room block and guest confirmations online without having to call Disney for a list? I want to keep track of the reservations and room block but would not like to have to call Disney whenever I wanted it.

Well I don't know if there is a way to check online but I simply e-mail my room block coordinator and he gets back to me in about 4 minutes with the information. It's better than calling.

My room block Consultant also emailed me the list at 6 month, 4 months, etc. That has the date, names, hotel and the reservation number.

Ditto to these responses! You'll start getting them automatically at 6 months, then at 4 months, 3 months etc. Our coordinator is super speedy and responds immediately. They will give you an update whenever you want, you just have to shoot them a quick email asking! (We are getting them weekly now with only 3 weeks left to our blocking window)
