Room at Swan

The last time we stayed there, it was a bit stuffy - we had no balcony. Do you think they would give us a room next time with a balcony or a window we can open?

OMG, I'm in such a silly mood this afternoon, of course I was teasing. Yes, if you simply call the front desk prior to arrival and mention that you're a return guest and that the only thing lacking for you last time was a little fresh air and if possible and available at checkin could you get a comp. upgrade to a balcony room I bet they would try. Return guests are an important thing to Starwood as should be to any business.
