room 6004

Does anyone have info on room # 6004? I don't think it is a secret porthole, but what about the deck, location, etc..? Any info would be really appreciated. Thanks,...Allison

While I have not stayed in 6004, I do know deck six is extremely quiet. With maybe the exception of rooms in close proximity to the laundry spaces. Your room seems to be in a particularly quite area forward of any machinery, and surrounded above and below by other guest rooms. Sorry I could not give a better answer, but perhaps the bump will give someone else a chance to answer your question. Either way you will have fun. Enjoy.

We were in 6088 and the deck is very quiet. Sorry I do not know much about 6004 other than the deck you are on, but if it has a verandah you will love it. We enjoyed it very much though.

We were in 6004 on the Wonder. There is a large circular mirror where the porthole would be. The only noise we heard was docking at Nassau when we heard some noise (side thrusters)?

Otherwise that location is very quiet as it is at the end of the hall.

We were on the 3/27 7 day western, and our kids stayed in 6004. We were in 6006 and that room had a port hole. 6004 does not have a porthole but is in a quiet area of the boat. Tthere is only one room in front of it which is handicapped accessible. You are close to the emergency exit (don't worry you won't need to use it other than for the drill) and close to stairs and elevators. Not sure as it was our first cruise whether you feel more of the waves. We had 4-8 ft waves and it was a little bumpy but not bad. It was nice to be close to the clubs and the theater, although you do not hear anything from those areas. I hope Efren is you cabin steward, he is great with the rooms and does some cool towel artwork. Have a great trip.
