Just returned a couple weeks ago from the 9/26 Disney Wonder cruise. We had a great time, but were not happy with the noise in our room. (This room was not on the "noisy list") There was a vibrating/rattling noise every night, but I just dealt with it, at least the kids slept through it, but the last night around 4:30 there was quite a racket. We realized they were unloading the luggage (right below our room) and that noise woke everyone which was a disappointing ending to the trip.
We did tell guest services and I e-mailed a letter when I got home, which they said they were sorry for the inconvenience.
I decided to pay more for a category 9 and to have a window, but probably would have been better off with a lower category.
Everything else on the cruise was great and we did have a wonderful time. I just don't think there should be staterooms in a location like that.
Has anyone else stayed in that room?
Vicki
