Hi,
Have seen several people ask about this place and know there isn't much info, so will give our experience there....
First off this was first trip to WDW since I was 7 so can't compare to other hotels in the area. We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite for $114/night for 5 nights booked through lodging.com which didn't require a timeshare presentation.
Things didn't start off too well as we arrived at the room to find they put us in a 1 bedroom. The front desk wasn't any help as all they did was give the # to the central reservation office, called the CRO and they were friendly and took care of the error but waited for ~30 minutes on hold while they did.... believe they sent a cleaning team in to get a 2 bedroom ready as when we finally got to the room there was a strong cleaning chemical smell, but it faded after a bit.
The room itself was very nice, larger than the 2 bedroom apartment I used to live in, it appeared well kept up and was clean and nicely decorated. A bag of supplies was provided with extra paper towels, trash bags, dish washer soap, laundry soap etc.. daily maid service is extra so we didn't arrange for it but the supplies kept us in business for our stay.
Kitchen: Full size kitchen with Fridge, stove, microwave and sink (without garbage disposal though, which I felt it could have used) also a good set of cooking and eating utensils are supplied as well as dishes and all appeared very clean.
Living/Dining room: Large area with glass top dining table for 6, couch, 2 chairs, coffee table and tv cabinet with ~25" tv. Doorway in back leads to patio/balcony with couple of plastic chairs and table, wall divides patio/balcony from nieghbors.
Bedrooms: Master bedroom was one large bedroom and bathroom combined except for small room for toilet. Had one King bed, nightstands, TV cabinet with ~19" TV, closet, large 2 person whirlpool tub, glass walk in shower and sink/counter area.
Other bedroom had 2 double beds with nightstands and closet with TV cabinet w/~19" TV.
Bathroom: Other than master bathroom another bathroom is located off the 2nd bedroom that is a basic full bathroom.
Washer/Dryer is also provided in the room.
Overall we were very happy with the room and would stay there again... one minus was that there are connecting doors between suites and at times we could hear the kids next door playing through the door so it could have been more sound proof, but only heard them a few times.
The site has 24 hour security at the front gate to controll access and the grounds are well maintained. There are 2 pools (1 adult only) as well as hot tubs besides the water park. The water park is nice but nothing close to a commercial water park, it has different areas like a kiddie area (10" water depth) a wave pool area (small waves) some water slides (again not comparable to a commercial water park) and a game area (water volleyball etc). There is a poolside grill/bar with a limited menu that changes daily and a couple of stands that sell innertubes etc, as well as hair braiding and stuff. The lake area that surrounds the water park has paddle boats etc for rent. All ages can enjoy the water park but I would classify it mainly for the 6-12 year old range. Plus for free I guess you can't complain too much.
The resort is off 192 and not much immediatly around it except a 7-11 so you will have to drive for most everything, it took us about 15 minutes to reach the WDW parking gates each morning.
Any questions feel free to ask.. and forgive spelling/grammer errors...
