Has anyone out there used this company? What were your experiences good and bad? How did you pay them? Did you tip them? I'd love any feedback.

We have used them twice. They were worth every penny, absolutely amazing! We paid in cash, yes we tipped them 10% in cash also. I would absolutely use them again!

We had private tours with them. Our family of 4 which included 2 teenagers loved every minute. We payed in cash and paid a tip I cannot remember how much. The driver was fantastic and made us fell like it was an Italian uncle picking us up to show us his city. We had 3 different trips with them and a different driver each time . Each time we were made to feel like family.

We had best tour of Italy they were fantastic, others joined my private tour and had a fantastic time.
