romantic restaurant not aprt of disney?

Looking for a GREAT ROMANTIC restaurant that isn't part of Disney, where you can spend 3 hours of quality time w/o the kids. Will pay up to about $200 for the evening. A great view would be welcome. Thanks in advance.

i have read a lot about arthur's 27 at downtown disney's wyndhan palace and spa. supposedly a lovely view of downtown disney.

There's a place at the Bank of America building in downtown called Manuel's on the 28th.

Here's their website. I hear nothing but rave reviews.

You can also try Park Avenue in Winter Park, I don't recall exactly what's down there as I don't go very often, but it's an upscale area.

There's also both of Emeril's restaurants, Emeril's at CityWalk, and Tchoup Chop at the Royal Pacific.

Now that we have APs, the DBf and I only go to romantic restaurants at Disney

try Lee's Lakeside. They hava incredible food and the restaurant overlooks Lake Eola and the downtown Orlando skyline. Here's the information:
