Yes, a male actually listened to the DISUnplugged podcast by @NancyontheDIS and @maryjomw

I had to listen as my wife and I are going to DLR for our 25th anniversary, without our DD (12). DD is going to Girl Scout Camp.

I find IASW is great place to cuddle, as is the train ride. BB is definitely the romantic place in DL. We are going to Carthay this year.

Overall, DL is romantic to me wherever I am with DW. I know, I am romantic guy.

My DH and I love to get a snack or drink and go sit on the benches in front of the train station near HM.

yeah, we went to Disneyland for our honeymoon :)

best place to cuddle (for us) is Pirates.

BB is VERY romantic, but I actually really like Wine Country Trattoria better, as we can sit out on the patio in the sun and enjoy an ice cold glass of white wine and people watch. I haven't tried the wine tasting bar, but it looks lovely too.

*Please wear pins if you are going for your honeymoon or for your anniversary! We wore pins for our honeymoon that said "just married" and we got so much amazing treatment!

We went to Taste Pilots Grill (my FAVE burger place, now Smokejumpers) and we were waiting in line when a CM came over to us and asked us to follow him. He sat us down at a private table that said 'reserved' set with a white table cloth and everything! We then got our food served to us like it was a table service restaurant, complete with complementary milk shakes! This seriously made my week! Everywhere else we went we got deserts or other little treats :)

When we went for our anniversary we got complementary champagne at Jazz Kitchen :)

Disneyland is amazing :)

Yes, wear your pins. CM will treat you very well and extra magic is common.

Oh I'm so excited now! We are there in August and one of days we are in the parks, DH and I are celebrating our 20th Anniversary. :lovestruc

We are with our teens and a group of friends, but have already told everyone we're heading to Wine Country Trattoria for a leisurely lunch and a glass (or two!) of maybe a nice Chianti.

If we received any special acknowledgement that would make it so much better. Two years ago we were in Paris for our 18th and put a lock on the lock bridge. Should be so much fun to celebrate this one in Disneyland! :earsgirl::earsboy:

Disneyland is SOOOO romantic! I love it! On our last trip my awesome MIL and SIL took our DD to Downtown Disney, and DH and I had a waterside table at Blue Bayou. We had the last seating, so we finished up just in time to run over to Pirates and hop on for one more ride. Then we ambled along out of the park, enjoying the lights and music on Main Street. Such a fun night.

Dh and I are going just the 2 of us at the end of Aug. I'm hoping to get an ADR for BB. We will be in the parks for 2 days. I'm very excited! Our first trip was in Dec. with my dd's and friends. It will be nice to get away just the 2 of us.

Yes! DL is super romantic. On our last trip, my DH and I had just gotten back together after a 2 year separation! The first time we took our DS, we were living in separate houses......planning for a divorce. :guilty: (I'd like to think that DL saved my marriage!). We had a romantic dinner, just the two of us, at Cafe Orleans. It was magical!

DH and I are delaying our 13th anniversary dinner by 2 weeks so we can have it at DL. Is 2 weeks after the event too late to celebrate at DL?

While we weren't celebrating anything special during our trip in April, my wife and I had a very Romantic Dinner at Napa Rose. The food is amazing, the restaurant is beautiful and the service is top notch. The only thing more amazing then the restaurant setting was my beautiful wife.

Can't go wrong IMO

We went last month for our anniversary and had a wonderful time. On the actual day of our anniversary, we got back late to the CGH, and they have sprinkled rose petals all over the bed! Definitely was a memorable trip.

It's never too late to celebrate anything at DL! You'll just be extending the festivities and romance by two extra weeks. :)

On a romantic note today, DH was in the parks to buy some birthday gifts and he bought something for me! It was something I had pointed out in passing weeks ago in the Disney Gallery. It means so much that he remembered! :)

Awesome! What about celebrating my birthday a week early?

After listening the podcast, I thought of a few places that we enjoy:

Walking around DTD in the evening with a pizza pretzel and listening the musicians. In fact, that is one of DH's favorite things to do. A few years ago he picked up a few cds of an artist named Maturo and it reminds us of being there every time we hear it.

Sitting outside in the evening at Tangaroa Terrace. The tiki torches are on, it is a warm summer evening, and we went, we were the only ones out there.
