Romantic dinner

Anyone have any suggestions for a romantic dinner that wouldn't break the budget? My son wants to take his girlfriend out for a nice dinner somewhere.

I am not real familiar with restaurants in the WDW area. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

now this is very nice, reasonable - but I would recommend lunch not dinner - food court at POR - it is next to the lagoon - so I find it romantic....but not when filled with screaming children/adults...

just depends upon what his budget looks like

some of the pool bars/snacks can be romantic if you eat outside.
