Romantic Dinner for 2?

I'm trying to figure out where to go with just me and MH while in disney next week and leave my mom stepdad and sis to fend for themselves for one night...

Any recs from the experts?

I guess it depends on what you would like to eat / the desired dining experience? If possible dine late to avoid the family hour rush.

When my wife and I go out we love these places:

Narcoosee's .. We love going here for a bottle of wine and appitizers
Califorina Grill .. Pick a late Wishes night and enjoy the view
Chef's de France .. dine in France then "walk the world" after
Portobello Yacht Club .. Great wine list .. enjoy some dancing after
Wolfgang Puck "upstairs" .. great food .. enjoy some dancing after

Pre-kids we used to get room service and dine by the window overlooking the seven lagoons at night ..

There are others but those should give you some ideas.

I called the reservations number and booked Narcoossee's... the operator was very helpful.

I heard that the Riverside Mill was nice at Port New Orleans, but alas, the day MH get to ditch my parents is the day my boss checks into Disney.. @ Port New Orleans. I know chances are slim, but I dunna wanna run into the boss on vacation!

I would have to say Cali Grill was the best restaurant that my DH and I had ever went to at Disney, and we LOVE Disney dining. We went there this past June (1st time), and vowed that we will return when we come back in a few years. We had a table right next to the window, and I was able to enjoy the view of MK while dinning and my DH had the view of the rest of WDW. Since we had dinner at 6:10pm, our waiter said to come back for Wishes, all we had to do was just show the people who check you in our reciept, which we did. So my DH and I got to enjoy a glass of wine and watch the most wonderful fireworks....truely romantic.

On a side note, the Riverside Mill is really nice over at POR, however it is their food court , thought I would let you know, so if you are looking for romance there, you will not be getting it.
