Romantic Dining on the Lagoon?

We're going back !!
DW and I will be spending a night of "adult time" while the kiddies spend the evening at Neverland Club. We'd like to make the most of it, and are wondering if there's a spot close to the water (on the water?) where you can have a good romantic dinner and maybe see the fireworks.
Its probably going to be a Monday night 4/10, if that makes any difference......Does anyone have any good suggestions?

Narcoossee's at the Grand Floridian is right on the water and affords a beautiful view of the lagoon, MK, CR and Polynesian.

Years ago you could watch the fireworks from your table but most of the time now apparently people go out on the porch to watch so you'll have to do the same to see well...at least that is what everyone reports.

Narcoossee's would be just fine!!
And it's true about that fireworks/deck situation. All the window tables are level with the deck--and the deck isn't terribly wide. Which means that folks out on the deck during fireworks time (and there are plenty of them) block any view from the tables inside. But it's pretty easy to just get up and go out on the deck, and it's what we do all the time.

Thanks everyone, for the great advice! I looked at the menu on allearsnet and it sounds like a good fit for us, and just a short trip from Poly. I can't wait....the grown-ups need a vacation inside the vacation!

After dinner at Narcoossee's it is a beautiful walk back to the Polynesian if the weather is fine. It is also great fun to catch the little launch that docks right next to Narcoossee's. The Polynesian is the next stop and you'll be back in a matter of minutes.
