Has anyone used their house rental service? I love the website but would really appreciate getting some reviews from you guys! Thanks and God Bless!

I didn't have much luck trying to book a long term rental with them. They have a lot of repeat renters and tried to convince me that their rental at Windsor Palms was just as nice as Windsor Hills. Fortunately, I am very familiar with WH and WP and knew that wasn't true. That sewage smell from the water treatment pond at WP continues to be an ongoing problem! If you are looking to rent for a short period, you will probably be OK as long as you book far enough in advance. I know that their two Comrow St. units appeared to be booked almost all of March when we were there!

I have stayed with RTM over 4 times in the past 2 and 1/2 years and loved it. there are so many benefits to having the place run by a family vs. a management company- you can ship items down ahead of time, you know which house you are getting, they can help you find local stores, if there is a problem they will be there rapido to fix it. They are also very generous with hand soap, dish detergent, laundry detergent, toilet paper, etc. If they are free, grab it. Its a great price too!!!
