Rolling hills to parks- Tolls?

Hi all!

Just curious, we've never stayed off property and are staying in Rolling Hills. Are we going to have to pay tolls each time we go to and from the parks? Google maps keeps telling me all roads have a toll and I just want to make sure I have enough change to last us for our trip.

Are there any back roads to take so we can avoid the tolls? If not, how much can I expect to spend each day? (this may determine whether or not we go back for naps! )

We stayed in Rolling Hills back in 2008. I don't recall any tolls on the way to the park with the exception of the parking lot toll

The 429 goes past Rolling Hills and that is a toll road, but you don't need to use that to get to the parks. In fact, that would be the long way to the parks.

Just take a right on Formosa Gardens Blvd to the 192. Take a right on the 192 and then either take Sherbeth Road (left) into the parks (the back route) or go a bit further on and take World Drive (the main entrance) into the parks.

Kay is right on. Rolling Hills is a great location and just minutes away from the parks with no tolls and generally no traffic.
