Rolling Hills- Help Please

We are looking at a house to rent in Rolling Hills. Has anyone stayed here before, how old in the subdivision? The house we are looking at is vrbo # 114337 the name of the house is floridasunvillas. Does anyone have any information about this subdivision? Any information would be greatly appreciated!!

The house looks GREAT! Rolling hills is directly across from Indian Creek. You will be very close to the parks and Resturants! I hope this helps.

We stayed in a 6 bdrm home there in Dec. 2005. I'm not sure how old the subdivision is, but everything we saw there was in great shape. The location is very convenient to the Disney parks - in fact, it seemed easier to us to get in and out than when we stayed at the All-Stars. The house you're looking at looks very nice - I think it's the same layout as the one we stayed in. The owner we rented from was also from the UK and everything worked out great. We've rented a home in another subdivision also and have never had a problem with doing so. If you're comfortable with the owner (we had great communication with the owners we've rented from in the past, the UK owner actually called us in the US!), I'd say don't hesitate - having all that space and your own pool is great.

Rolling Hills is in the same area as Windsor Palms, Formosa Gardens, Indian Ridge. It is an older sub-division, but in a good location.

I know the owners of that home, Dave and Deb Griffiths, they also own a home at Windsor Palms. In addition, Dave is on the HOA board at Windsor Palms. He is a great, down to earth guy and takes good care of his homes.

If you want a great home (and don't rent from us ) you can't go wrong with Dave.

Dave is a good guy. He will do his best for you. If you have any questions about the home or subdivision, Dave can answer them for you.
